Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all assembly hardware and instruction manuals included.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Small items can be returned to our showroom, while larger furniture pieces can have a professional collection scheduled for a nominal transport fee.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
