What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer nationwide delivery across the country. In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-10 business days, while custom or out-of-stock furniture may take 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you provide furniture assembly services?
Yes, we offer a professional white-glove assembly service for a small additional fee. Our team will deliver, assemble, and position your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as remove all packaging.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Can I see the furniture in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can visit our showroom at our main Moy location to experience the quality, comfort, and finish of our collections firsthand before making a decision.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer flexible financing options and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' plans to help spread the cost of your purchase.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All Moy Furniture Centre products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects. Many of our sofas and mattresses carry extended warranties for extra peace of mind.
